College Gardens was a large residential development, blending old with new to create expansive landscaped grounds to serve the new residential community.

Highlights:

• Renovation of the main lawn and Grecian outdoor theatre which were iconic landscape elements of the original Jersey College for Girls site.
• Underground tree root protection measures were implemented on the main driveway to ensure the longevity of the mature trees.
• Extensive planting and carefully selected paving to highlight the features of the original building and enhance the podium areas between the newly constructed buildings to the north.
